What the publisher does

The publisher automatically updates nine existing business report files in one designated Google Drive folder. These reports support review of sales, inventory, operational checks and replenishment recommendations. It reads the existing files, preserves the previous bundle for recovery, uploads the new report bundle and reads the files back to verify their contents.

A manifest records the report bundle’s identity and checksums. The publisher updates that manifest last and accepts a publication only after independent readback verifies the complete bundle. If publication fails, it attempts to restore and verify the previous files.

Owner authorization

Only the business owner or an explicitly authorized operator may connect a Google account that can edit the designated files. The publisher requests Google Drive access to read and update these existing reports. Google’s requested Drive permission is broader than one folder; the application itself limits its operations to the designated folder and nine configured files. That restriction is enforced by the publisher, rather than by a folder-specific Google permission.

The production publisher runs on a company-controlled computer after the owner completes authorization. This website explains the tool; it does not collect OAuth credentials or provide public account registration. A future company-controlled cloud runtime uses the same publication workflow.

Reports support human decisions

The publisher handles report files only. It cannot place orders, authorize purchases, change marketplace listings or change advertising campaigns. Missing or uncertain business information remains marked as unknown; a successful file publication does not make every business metric complete or verified.

Your data and control

Read the publisher privacy policy for the Google data accessed, its use, storage, sharing and deletion. The publisher terms of use describe authorized use and operational limitations. The owner can revoke access at any time through Google Account connections.
