Authorized business use

The tool is intended for Socialite Wellness’s business owner and explicitly authorized operators. Connect only a Google account and report files you are entitled to access and modify. By authorizing the publisher, you permit it to read and update the configured business report files for the purposes described on its information page and in its privacy policy.

The Google Drive permission is broader than one folder. Operators must keep the publisher’s designated folder and file identity controls in place and protect the computer or cloud environment where it runs. Do not share OAuth credentials, refresh tokens or access tokens, or use the publisher to access another person’s data without authorization.

Reporting and operational limits

The publisher distributes reports and checks their publication. It does not authorize purchases, submit orders or change marketplace or advertising systems. The owner remains responsible for evaluating business information and approving business actions. Unknown, incomplete or stale source information must not be treated as a verified business fact.

The publisher attempts to verify a complete report bundle and recover prior files after an upload failure. Google Drive does not provide an atomic transaction across these nine files, so a reader must validate the manifest and file checksums before relying on a bundle.

Network interruption, computer sleep, unavailable credentials, Google revocation or service outages can delay or prevent publication. Integrity checks and recovery procedures reduce operational risks but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or successful recovery in every circumstance.

Stopping use and changes

The owner can stop the scheduled service and revoke Google authorization at any time. Retained report copies and credentials are handled as described in the privacy policy. The company may update or suspend the internal tool for security, maintenance or changes in business requirements. Material changes to Google data access or use require updated disclosures and any necessary owner authorization before taking effect.
